You can search by topic, format, and language. You can see recent searches and most downloaded documents. There are no publisher or dates on the search results view, but can see the website information. You will need to open up the documents to find the publisher and the date.
No charge to use the website.

Dragon Naturally Speaking Update
I am now using this software to update and edit entries on this blog. So far the tool is working adequate but needs some adjustments. This is version 10 and still figuring out how to use it with PowerPoint and Publisher. More to come later.

Dragon Speak: Natually Speaking
Due to my unfortunate event, I am looking at software that will help me speak my commands to the computer. David Progue, NY Times, has this review of version 10 of Dragon Speak. It looks very easy to use.

Tracking Vote Reports on Twitter
Twitter Vote Report is an all-volunteer network of software developers, designers, and other collaborators who have teamed up to help track voting problems on Election Day.
Using Twitter Vote Report, voters will be able to share their experiences and resources with one another (e.g. “#wait:120? meaning that the wait time is 120 minutes). These messages will then be aggregated and mapped so that we can “see” voting problems around the country in real-time.

Why use Twitter
When Twitter (twitter.com) first become available, I was wondering how could I use this tool? Since signing up (back in Feb), I have not touched the tool until this past July.
Professional associations, newspapers, magazines, etc. are now using Twitter for short entries (entries can only be about 125 words) discussing websites, current events, what's happening at an annual conference. Librarians and information specialists from AALL and SLA are using Twitter to report on sessions during the annual meetings.
Then I had a "V-8" moment! I found a use for Twitter. SEC and IR (Investor Relations) Reports are now on Twitter. It is great for CI work--lots of newspapers and magazines are twittering. And, all groups have RSS feeds (good for my Bloglines reader!).
Today on LexBlog, Owner Kevin O'Keefe, talked about the first real-time trial proceedings coverage that appeared on Twitter. Will this be the future of trial proceedings?

E-Filing in the Federal Courts
Split Court, Inc. Launches the First Online Tool For Preparing PDF Documents For E-Filing In Federal Court
"According to their press release "Split Court, Inc.’s online pay-as-you-go application lets lawyers upload the large files and specify the Court-required file size. The program does the rest by splitting the exhibits into the optimal size. Attorneys can then download the separate files or have them e-mailed back to them for filing."
