Basically, Health Care Advocates, Inc., had sued Harding, Earley, Follmer & Frailey (Philadelphia) in July 2005 for copyright infringement and violating the DCMA, claiming that the law firm accessed previous editions illegally by using the Internet Archive Wayback Machine. The suit is now settled.
