Article discussing Zillow.com's chances of being accurate in price. Recent research by librarians at my firm found that descriptions can be misleading; entire bedrooms and bathrooms are missing.

Hi Jennifer, it's David from Zillow.

The missing home facts you mention are the most common cause of "way off" Zestimates. Public records can be incomplete. Because of this, we let home owners publish updated facts about their house on Zillow -- and we have a tool with which you can calculate our own estimates based on these updates.
