I would like to congratulate Laura, a long time DALL member, on the acceptance of her paper "A Survey of Electronic Research Alternatives to Lexis and Westlaw in Law Firms" by the SMU Law Paper Series in SSRN.
Laura began this paper last winter when she surveyed the members of the Private Law Librarians Special Interest Group seeking information on electronic resource alternatives to Lexis and Westlaw in law firms. The survey also inquired about research policies in firms for using for using alternatives to Lexis and Westlaw and the prevalence of flat rate services with those services.
