The Congressional Record app allows users to browse editions from the 104th Congress (January 4, 1995) to the present. Available for free at iTunes.

 
The Courtlink app allows users to receive alerts on newly filed cases and track new developments in existing federal and state cases. Available for free at iTunes. NOTE: Courtlink user ID and Password is required.
 
The Fastcase app "contains cases and statutes from all 50 states and the federal government." Users "can search by citation, keyword, or browse statute collections." Available for free at iTunes and Google Play.
 
The FedCt Record app is accessible on PACERUsers can access federal district court records by entering their PACER login. Available for $9.99 at iTunes.
 
The HeinOnline app allows users to search by citation and browse by volume number. NOTE: HeinOnline account/authentication is required. Available for free at iTunes.
 
The LawBox app allows users to download state and federal codes. Complete statute sets are available for the following states: Arizona, California, Delaware, New York, Texas, Illinois, and Florida. Available for free at iTunes.

The Oyez Today app provides users information on the U.S. Supreme Court. Available for free at Apple and Android platforms.
My Congress app is available for free at iTunes. Users can use the app to view information about members of Congress.
