How much does your online vendor know about...

This Law Library Blog post includes a snippet from the original post by Jason Wilson's post, "What does {choose one: Westlaw, Lexis, Loislaw, Fastcase, Casemaker} know about you?" The LLB post also refers back to an earlier post about online activities being tracked. Interesting food for thought.

Email and confidentiality

I read a post at Ed Foster's GripeLog about appending the email confidentiality note and whether or not it is enforceable. What is most interesting are the comments after the post; you can easily pick out the ones from non-legal folks and from the attorney posting. Look for yourself and see what you think.
