Time just published their list of "Best of the Web" issue.
It looks like a good list for 2007.

My favorites from this list: cellswapper.com; donorschoose.org (great website to find non-profit organizations!); Yapta.com (track travel fares); and Lastfm (good for listening and choosing your music).
There is also a list for the Worst Websites. Included in this is Myspace.com and Evite.com.
