Acquisitions

Thomson Reuters has announced they are acquiring Practical Law Company (see press release of January 3, 2013).

I've also received an email from Peter Schwartz of Knowlege Mosaic stating they are being acquired by LexisNexis, but I haven't seen a press release from either company yet.
