Last year Cheryl Nyberg was a guest speaker at one of DALL's Spring session. Her topic was Compilations of State Laws.
I just saw on the Hein Online Blog (which BTW, is a great blog for information) that Nyberg and Boast's Compilations of State Laws will soon be on this database.

DALL's Spring Session: March 17th
Luck, Laws and Legislation
Join the Dallas Association of Law Libraries for a half-day seminar on Laws and Legislation Research. The seminar will be at 9 a.m.-1 p.m. on Saturday, March 17th at the Dallas Public Library, downtown.
