Unopened rebate forms

There's a story in the San Jose Mercury News about a rebate house caught tossing about 1300 unopened rebate applications into a neighboring company's trash bin. The reporter asked the owner of the rebate business why the applications were dumped: "When I asked why rebate letters were tossed out, he initially said it was due to a 'bad employee.' "
